Answer:	The clocks I send to Amazon are plain and I have listed mine as such. I know nothing about harley quinn

Answer:	The warranty information is included with the product and right now all my products are in the warehouse , so I am not sure. I looked up the information, however online, and found that they indicate a 1 yr limited warranty. That is my best estimate at this time. Validation would be in the product's paper work. Question:	Is there a return policy
Answer:	I don't have an answer for you except sometimes the second hand isn't pressed onto the stem correctly. You can pop off the face of the clock and carefully press down on both sides of the stem until it is seated. It probably is not stuck, it is probably slipping instead of moving as it is supposed to do. Good Luck...
Question:	Is there any replacement shot glasses you can buy? We broke one and need to replace it
Answer:	ticks by each second. However the one I have the second hand hangs up on the hour hand and stops the clock. I would remove the second hand altogether If there was a way of opening the clock without ruining it.
