Answer:	The list of labels includes the following: Chile, Cumin, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Garlic, Mustard, Basil, Oregano, Paprika, Pepper, Salt, Sugar, (and oil)

Answer:	The test tubes do not have labels affixed. The test tube labels come on a sheet inside the set. The flask containers do have labels affixed but can be removed by peeling off.
Question:	Why isn't salt NaCl
Answer:	They didn't use NaCl for salt, because if you look closely at the set, they're using the first 2 letters of each spice name as the "chemical" abbreviation for that particular spice. Sugar uses Su, paprika is Pa, garlic is Ga, etc... if you follow the actual periodic table, Ga is actually Gallium, and Pa is protactinium. So the set isn't really scientifically accurate, it's just a fun kitchen play on the periodic table.
