How To Use KOOV Butter Crock

Step 1 - Wash the crock thoroughly and make sure the bell is dry, pour cold water into the base of the crock to the water line.

Step 2 - Press one stick of softened butter into the bell with a knife.

Step 3 - Place the bell into the bottom of crock.

Answer:	Make sure the butter bell is not warm. Compress it solidly down as you fill it in small pats making sure there's no space around the edges. Yes, fill it to the top when replacing the butter. It sometimes does fall out if you did not fill properly. Just clean and refill. Make sure there's about a quarter of an inch of water in the cup part the bell rests in.

Answer:	It is great for storing/service butter but pix/instructions only say 1 cube so doubt that it would hold two. Did you want to buy it?

Answer:	I see no reason why it wouldn’t. However, the purpose of the crock is to keep butter soft while preventing it from becoming rancid. Since whipped butter is, by its nature, already soft, I’m not sure why one would use it wth whipped butter.
