The tray from outside edge to outside edge is 9.5"x 6.25", the cups are 2" in diameter, the plates the cups go on are 2.25" in diameter, the treat plates are 3.5" in diameter, and the tea pot is 2.5" tall plus lid and 3.25" in diameter on the base. Answer:	I am not sure. I wouldn’t put it in the dishwasher. They are tin

Answer:	It might be a little big for a doll, I got it for my 4 year old great granddaughter and I wish it were a little bigger but not sure it is small enough to work for a doll. It is adorable though.
