Answer:	I do like this teapot and think it is cute. It does only really hold 3 1/2 cups of water or else the tea will come out the spout. The insulation factor is a stretch. If 2 people are drinking the tea than it's almost gone and you need to make another pot anyway. You might want a tea cozy if you will have it sitting a long time. If the room is cold it's going to cool down quicker. It was adequate for me. There is no plastic at the bottom of the infuser. There is a silicone o-ring at the edge where the top meets the pot; other than that, it is all glass and stainless steel. Hope this helps you.

Answer:	The handle works well and didn't seem to need any other support, like using your hand to pour. I love my teapot.

Answer:	You swill with hot water to make sure the temperature of the pot is warm before adding the hot water. Hot and cold don't mix, you do this to prevent it from cracking.
