| Answer: | Not at all. I don't use a lamp or gel polish. I use Orly Bonder basecoat over fully dried regular polish, and buff the powder into that. Then I seal it with a water based topcoat, wait at least ten minutes, and put a regular topcoat over it. I'm not sure, but any rubberized basecoat should work. Maybe even waiting for regular nail polish to get somewhat tacky might work. For some reason, these come out awesome over regular polish, whereas some of my more expensive powders take a bit more work. |
