Answer:	The straps are adjustable. There are five holes in total and when it arrived it was adjusted to hole #3. Measuring from the top of the bag to the highest point on the strap (set on hole 3) the length is 10 inches. I do not plan to adjust - perfect length for me.

• Are these glasses dishwasher safe?

Yes, these glasses are dishwasher safe. Although we recomend being very careful when placing them into the dishwasher as they can get scrached when placed against other items.

• How do I prevent / get rid of stains?

Minerals within the water you wash your glasses can leave them looking cloudy or create white stains on the glass. To prevent this you can wash your glasses in filtered water or simply remove any stains by polishing them with a little vinegar.

• Do I have to wash the glasses before use?

We always recommend washing your new glasses before use.

Explaining the concept of RIEDEL WINEWINGS, we chose a flat and stretched bottom, with a wing-like shape to increase the surface area the wine is exposed to, which increases the levels of evaporation and enables a greater intensity of aroma. When positioning ones head to the glass, the nose is closer and is exposed to the wider surface of the wine. Though this alone would not fully deliver the optimal aroma of each grape variety and so, to capture the delicate layered aromas, it was necessary to curve the glass walls and to correctly calibrate the opening of each glass with its rim diameter. RIEDEL WINEWINGS has seven glasses in total. Three for red wines, three for white and one for Champagne and sparkling wines. At Riedel, red wine glass design is based on the grape varietal and its attributes and, based on the impact the skin makes on the wine, all red wines’ intensity can be categorized as either mild, medium or powerful. To enhance the enjoyment of those profiles, we suggest three different glass shapes: Mild; Pinot Noir – fruit forward, light to medium bodied, high perceived acidity and low tannins. Medium; Syrah – earthy, toasty elements and smooth tanninsPowerful; Cabernet Sauvignon – Aromas of blackcurrant, full bodied and with high levels of tannin. Answer:	The drums are wired. I thought I could connect my cymbals but there was no plug hole. This seams to be the bare bones model. One of the heads has broken a couple of times. I needed to glue some cracks and solder.

Georg Riedel, in his long career, has shaped many functional glasses, all specifically designed to enhance the enjoyment of the liquid for which it is created. In the Summer of 2018, Georg was asked by a customer to create “the ultimate glass” for Cabernet Sauvignon, a project which was to provide the inspiration behind Riedel Winewings.

Answer:	The glasses I just received through this order stand 4 7/8 inches tall with a top diameter of 2 7/8 inches. I wonder if Green Thumb was sent something else or it is me. Mine are clearly from the "Riedel O" page, where various sizes are listed, and they are the Cabernet/Merlot size. I ordered through this "Riedel Crystal" page thinking they were smaller since someone said they were 16 ounces. They are actually 21 ounces. My husband loves them but I find them a little uncomfortable for my hand. Given I can't find good quality 16 ounce stemless glasses, I will keep them; but I wish the size had been clear. And that these hadn't cost more than the same thing on the other page.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the glasses. To say they are 18.2 x 13.9 x 10.4 inches is insane. What are the measurements of the glasses
Answer:	The glass is 4 3/4 inches high, diameter at the top is just under 3 inches, and the base is 2 inches. I'd guess that the diameter at the widest part of the glass is 3 3/4 inches. It's very comfortable in your hand and easy to grasp.
