Answer:	We have one 3 y.o. male cat. In addition to the crystals, I typically add some arm and hammer cat deodorizer both when putting in a fresh tray and again every 10 days or so to help with liquid absorption. This is usually sufficient to get 28-30 days out of the litter without worrying about a strong persistent urine smell.
Question:	Does water change color below 72°F
Answer:	My only suggestion is this: try using 1/2 CRYSTALS & 1/2 of your regular kitty litter that you were using. I did this for my 3 cats and they all took to it fine. After a couple of weeks, I was able to stop using the old litter & now I only use the Crystals which last so much longer. Good luck, because it is a wonderful litter box!
Question:	Do these keep drinks cold
Answer:	The litter robot is, bar none, the best automated litter system out there (and has been for many years). The only downsides of the litter robot are the size (it’s so, so big on the outside for being not that big on the inside, and won’t even fit in a smaller bathroom. The other downside is the cost, but I’ll be honest and say that it’s worth every penny in the long run. If you have the space, and you can afford it, get the litter robot and don’t look back. Fwiw, we have 7 cats at the house right now (2 of ours, 4 foster kittens who are nearly full grown due to Covid shelter closures, and a cat we rescued who is going to his new home next week), and a single litter robot is EASILY handling 7 cats worth of waste. We just change the little plastic bag in the bottom drawer every other night instead of once a week. It’s amazing, there’s zero smell, it works for years without issue (this is our second. Our first lasted 6 years for 4 cats).
Question:	Are these dishwasher safe
Answer:	There are only 3 differences, and for the record, I bought the Original and I love it and it does fine for what I need. So here are the differences:1) Ultra has a Privacy Hood. I don't need that. My cat has no shame. She can go out in the open. If your cat is used to having a little more privacy, maybe you should get the Ultra. But if not, it's not worth the price increase (although it looks like, right now on Amazon, the Ultra is actually $4 cheaper, so...).2) The Ultra has an Adjustable Rake Delay. Now, I can see how this might be an attractive feature. The Original has a preset delay, and I'm guessing it's about 20 minutes (the max setting on Ultra). That can be kind of gross because I don't know why the waste would need to sit that long before being scooped. So with the Ultra you can shorten that time to 5 or 10 minutes if you prefer.The thing about the rake delay is that on the Original (and probably Ultra too) there's a button so you can manually control the raking. This means that if I'm home and my cat makes it stinky, I can walk over to the machine, push the button, and the rake will scoop because I told it to. When I'm not home, the smell obviously doesn't bother me. So this is like a luxury feature if you don't want to go push that button every once in a while. But for my needs, the Original is just fine. 20 minutes is fine. If she only urinates, then I don't need it to scoop right away, and if I'm around when she makes a poo, I can just go over and push a button. If you don't want the waste ever sitting in the tray for 20 full minutes, then get the Ultra and you can program it to scoop at 5 or 10.3) The Ultra has a Health Counter. I have a kitten, and she's fine. I'm not overly worried about her health. But if your cat is older, this is a way for the box to track how often your cat is using the box. I suppose if the box feels your cat is using it too frequently, it might be able to alert you to a health problem so you can take your cat to the vet. But for me, I don't need it.The Health Meter doesn't measure the "life" of the litter. It isn't like "Oh, this litter is getting pretty gross in here you should probably put in a fresh tray." And that, to me, might be more useful. But it's not a huge deal as it's pretty apparent when you need to change trays because the crystals get more white than blue.So like I said, I have the Original and I love it and it's perfect for what I need out of an automatic litter box. However, if you have an older cat, a more sensitive nose combined with limited mobility, or your cat is used to privacy, the Ultra is the one for you.With all that info, again, I notice that the "luxury" version is currently cheaper on Amazon. If it had been that way when I bought mine, I might've bought the Ultra just to get the extra features and save 4 bucks.Hope that helps.

Answer:	They are about 12 oz and wine glass equivilent for a Cabernet glass.

Answer:	I used vinyl stickers from a cricut and it stuck. But be warned, these are quite flimsy. Not super sturdy. They scratch easily if you scrub them too much. They were okay for a weekend celebration but not for continuous use.
Question:	When these are stacked, does it create a seal? If we have to put them away before they're completely dry, and I worry about them getting moldy
Answer:	The glasses are attractive, molded very well, except for the recycling symbol. But it seems to be type 1 plastic.
Question:	Is the bottom flat so doesn't hold water in dishwasher
Answer:	No they don't. The ones with the thumb indent are made by GoVino and are more expensive. They have a sturdier base than these, but these would work if you have a party where people are going to be holding them most all the time and not setting them down.

Question:	Do the tumblers come with the Cupture Classic Tumbler labels? Can they be removed
Answer:	mine came with labels that could be put on and removed but once something is written on the labels, I don't think the labels can be cleaned.
Question:	Strange question, but I want to get these for gifts, and I need them to fit in my gift bags, so approximately how tall are these cups
Answer:	The cup itself is 6 1/4 inches. That is without the straw. If you have the straw in, it is 9 1/2 inches with the straw. Hope that helps. My co-workers loved them.
Question:	does the "Cupture Classic Tumbler" decal come off? Or is it printed on the cup and permanent
Answer:	It is a mostly clear plastic piece about the size of a credit card on which you can print or write whatever you like. You can then put them on the cup and remove as needed/wanted. Once written on, however, that piece would not be easy to clean--probably impossible. I have washed the cups multiple times in hot water and detergent and the labels are still on and writing is still very visible.
