Answer:	The OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Bakeware is not recommended for use over 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It should not be used under the broiler.
Question:	Are the good quality
Answer:	I have been using these about 3 months and they are great for no stick and great for browning. I have had no discoloration. The instructions specifically state NOT to use any spray on non-stick coatings. I have had good luck with butter and parchment lining before baking but also used the cookie sheet with NO coatings and it worked just fine. I wash these by hand.very easy clean up.

Answer:	Most of the Boston valves used on inflatables are a standard size. They worked perfectly on my inflatable raft. My advice s to measure the diameter on you valve, and compare it to the specs on this items.

Answer:	No. It’s like ¼” deep. Just has small edges to hold the dough inside the pan. Not for deep dish pizza but excellent for regular and NY style.

Answer:	Ask Oxo Good grips, but I think so.

Answer:	I haven't tried that but these pans bake everything evenly; the bottom of cookies are the same light color as the tops with being thoroughly done. When this texture on pans is done; things bake beautifully. I use parchment paper on mine for cookies. The same texture is on my ceramic griddle and it bakes outstanding pancakes; with no cleanup problem.

Answer:	As aluminium won't rust ---- I think this is aluminum over stainless. Quality of this product is great. To resolve your concerns - follow up with USA Pan. We've been told that McDonalds uses this pan. It is a quality product. You will love.
Question:	I would like the shorter version of this fork. The size from the top of the tines to the stem is 2-1/2". Is this the smaller of the two
Answer:	Use parchment paper! Keeps the cookies from sliding around and makes for easy transfer from pan to cooling racks. Parchment paper can be reused, I wipe it off with a clean, damp sponge and store it on the pan. I reuse it 2 or 3 times. As others have mentioned, always chill the dough in the frige for 30-60 minutes. Makes the dough easier to handle and keeps the cookies from spreading out too much as they cook.

Answer:	They are decent quality. They are lightweight and will bend in hard ice cream but they haven't rusted and for the price I paid for them I am very satisfied.
Question:	Country of origin
Answer:	I don't have that problem. I use warm water and dish soap to remove any residue from baking. Perhaps you should try using parchment sheets when baking to eliminate the problem.

Answer:	My daughter asked for more forks for her birthday. She picked them out so I am sure they match her orginal set.

Answer:	The regular dinner forks (non-salad forks) measure 7 1/2" long. We also have a set of 8" forks and these Oneida forks are always the first to be grabbed/used. We find our larger forks to be too bulky and have more of a pitch-fork feel to them. We have used this set for over 20 years and I highly recommend them; they are a good fit for men, women and children.

Edges are well polished--very smooth and comfortable. After years of intense abuse and dishwasher, they have the beginnings of very light scuffing and scratching, but they are absolutely worth the price at less than $2 each.
