Answer:	In response to Jason V’s answer.... a 1/4 cup is not 4oz... there are 8oz to a cup. A pour of pancake batter is typically 2oz.

Answer:	I think plastic utensils would be the better choice for non-stick cookware and that this spatula is meant for stainless steel or cast iron pans.

Answer:	When laying on a flat surface, the total length is 12 inches. The handle alone is about 9 inches. The widest diameter of the "bowl" (spoon or ladle) is 3.75 inches. The "bowl" full to the top holds about 3/4 cup (.75 cup). Hope this helps.I apologize for my delay in responding.

Answer:	This stainless ladle is pressed into shape and the stem going into the handle is formed to provide strength during use, but has no seam Your term "solid" is a little curious to me. The metal used is indeed solid in the sense that it was made of stainless sheet stock to minimize weight, and then formed to create strength with the handle stem being bent into a curve, as well as the bowel, again, to impart strength. The item is very strong and will be adequate for kitchen use, as opposed to digging in the garden. If you are looking for something akin to a commercial food preparation kitchen, this is not such a tool. I found for the money spent it is well worth what I paid for it. Answer:	I've only used the pad with the small travel iron. When I'm repositioning a garment or transitioning to another garment, I place the iron on the small auxiliary pad at the side. If you're asking about leaving an iron face-down on a cloth item on the pad (other than intensely steaming/setting a crease, or 'fusing' an iron-on patch), I wouldn't recommend letting applying an iron to one area for a length of time, for fear of scorching the material. I have not used this pad more than 1/2 hour at a time, but I think it can be used for quite some time, as long as you don't concentrate the heat on only one section all the time.

Answer:	I dont see why not. Ive used it on a laminate surface without issue. Maybe add a dishtowel underneath until you are sure. Its a nice mat.
