Answer:	Yes, it is 13 oz to the tippy top of the mug. This means a safe fill is more like 11 oz plus or minus. I measured by pouring a measured 13 oz into the mug from a measuring cup.

Answer:	I have been using these mugs for several months and frequently put them in the microwave to reheat beverages. I don't think they are tempered glass, so would not boil water in them, but they can be safely used for reheating beverages in my experience.

Question:	How much water does the underside of the bottom retain in the dishwasher
Answer:	The lip is abut 1/16 in. and because the cup/glass is insulated the thickness of the mug is not measurable. The picture is very accurate and I can testify that they are very easy to hold. Keeps the coffee/tea very hot but not the handle. I love mine.

Answer:	Yes, I have been using Luminarc clear glass for tea and coffee for years. Enjoy.
Question:	Do handles stay cool in microwave deal breaker
Answer:	Yes. I re-heat coffee in the microwave oven on high for one minute. The coffee becomes extremely hot, but the handle stays cool. The outside of the mug does get hot, but not the handle.

Answer:	French Company; some of my older glasses say made in France; newer ones are not marked so I assume they could be made elsewhere; American headquarters are in New Jersey; Web site shows 5 production sites on a world map.
