Answer:	I’m certain they’re made in China like just about everything these days. I’ve had one cup crack on me but the gel didn’t escape only liquid from the cup itself but it had just started. I don’t believe the gel would be extremely toxic because I don’t think you’d ingest that much to begin with. They keep your drink frosty cold for a few hrs indoors, outside not sure. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I ordered these as a gift but had to return them because two were broken when I received the shipment. I do have another brand of acrylic freezer mugs that I have had in use for about 12 years. They are made of the same materials, I'm sure, and I haven't had any problems with them. I wash them in warm soapy water and return them to the freezer so they are ready to use again. My freezer is set to 0°F so the temperature has not affected them in any way.

Answer:	I have gotten these about 3 times. They break easily or just fall apart sometimes but the last ones l got l put a dab of super glue on both sides of the handle and where it connects to the at the bottom and haven’t broken any about a year now. I like the mugs but they don’t seem to be sturdy. I had 1 that the bottom fell out of while l was walking across the living room carpet, what a mess!! Didn’t know how to contact them either tho l doubt they will replace it since it’s a set.

Answer:	Yes. However, you can't go directly from freezer to microwave, or vice versa. The glasses should be close to room temperature when they are put into either.

Answer:	Just checked, the glass is clear. The sides are faceted. They look much more expensive. I would buy them again in a heart beat. Note they are also heavy.

Answer:	Beats me, they are glued on, I have had the handles fall off in addition to the bottom coming unglued and all the gel leaking out. Had to throw away 3 of them so far. They are really expensive and I would think that they would be put together better than this. I am sure it is possible to make a quality mug as I have a mug that I bought approximately 15 years ago that is still in decent shape, I don't remember the brand, I bought it on a military installation, they had US Navy and US Marine Corps emblems on them.

Answer:	Mine did not smell! But these are awesome for keeping beverages cold! I’ve had ice in mine for water and it will last all night. But they are best for BEER!

Answer:	I have no idea, but I will tell you that I ordered 24 in various sizes and I LOVE them. Just as advertised, no sweating, no rings on tables and very handsome fitting in with any decor. I primarily use them outside and have a stone courtyard, no when dropped, no broken glass. Mine are all stainless so they go straight to the dishwasher after a party. I googled "where are they manufactured" trying to find the answer to your question and I believe it may be found in "manufacturer's warranty available upon request".
