I have used small bags of pilsbury bread flour with poor results. Yes the flour and yeast can make a big difference. Also put in the warm/hot water and the salt, oil,sugar in first then flour and yeast last. In 58 min you have a delicious tall loaf.

As long as they are E26/E27 screw socket based compact fluorescent or LED, then most of them should be fine, but you will have to check on the color temperature of the light bulbs because most of them in the stores are lower color temperature ones in 2700K to 3200K range. If you are uncertain the effect of the low temperature ironing, would suggest that you try it with a small corner of the backdrop first before doing so on the whole backdrop so that would minimize the chance of the whole backdrop being affected if something goes wrong. Answer:	I cannot recall for sure if it was a size 2 or a small, but whatever it was fit me pretty well. I too, am a size 2. I am also 5'1 and at the time was 108 lbs. and it fit almost perfectly. I would've liked it to be a HAIR longer as it does ride up slightly when sitting or walking. I REALLY liked it, but because of the fact that it IS so fitting--I wanted a bit looser fit-- it didn't suit my purpose (mother-of-the-groom dress) I did return it as I had no place else to wear it. Answer:	You can test this experimentally by hanging weight from the bands. I hung 25 lb from the black band and it stretched 1 meter. This means it will stretch just under 8 ft with 60 lb. There’s no way someone could do that since when the band is hanging by itself, it is 1 meter long. You would need to be around 11 ft with arms fully extended to get 60 lb of assistance. The 60 lb assistance could be achieved if you double wrap the bands and stretch it 4 feet. The ratings are pretty useless. TL;DR depending on how tall you are, use the lower rating (more or less) for the amount of assistance applied at the bottom position.

Answer:	You can set an alarm to beep after a certain number of minutes (or hours and minutes). For instance, you can set the unit to beep after 15 minutes. The "countdown" is the visual display of the minutes left until the alarm will sound. This is a pretty typical function, and can be seen on many cooking devices, such as a microwave. The countdown is useful but not necessary to operate the unit as a thermometer. It will work fine if you never set an alarm.
