Answer:	I haven't had that problem and over the last few months, I'm not sure that I've opened as many bottles as you have. It sounds like something is not 'on center' when you want to screw it in, so that you have to keep finding a better position. Sorry, I really have no idea how to deal with that ... Answer:	The number of pumps will vary depending on how much wine is in the bottle. The fuller the bottle, the less air, the emptier the bottle the more air. Once the air has been removed you will not be able to pump the tool, so keep pumping until its difficult to pump.

Question:	where is it made
Answer:	I had the same issue. The seal wouldn't seal unless I turned it all the way and it would often click/pop without fully sealing the bottle. It would take a few tries before it would partially seal the bottle. Now, despite careful use, the unit is broken and just spins without expanding. Only got a few months of sporadic use out of it. I would shy away from this model
Question:	Anybody hear it pop like it breaks if you turn it too tight? It is loose after the pop so I turned and tightened, but I'm not sure it seals well
Answer:	Beware, its plastic and it will break if you tighten it too much.- It happened to me, before tighten it you have to sit it all the way in the bottle
Question:	I have one of these and it seems to work as stated but when I tighten it, it sits crooked on the bottle. Am I over-tightening or putting it on wrong
Answer:	I agree with Mr. Krumenauer. There are some Champagne bottles that have very large necks and it may be possible that turning the top of the sealer may not expand the gray insert far enough to tighten the bottle. I've never had that problem. When you look at the inside if the sealer do you see any cracks or odd shape? Also be sure when installing the sealer to hold the bottom half of the sealer while turning the top of the sealer. The gray insert of the sealer should expand to close the bottle neck snuggly. You can check the gray sealer by watching it with the sealer out of the bottle to see if it is expanding. Hold the bottom half while turning the top half of the sealer. If it doesn't move, it is defective and should be returned.
Question:	I have one that fits on the bottle well but doesn't tighten or seal. Is it defective or am i doing something wrong
Answer:	I suppose so, but different people like to use things differently. Or if you have multiple bottles opened and serving at the same time. I gave this to a friend and she loved it and then my husband wanted one so gave to him too.

Answer:	This does not look like the wine aerator I have. I am not aware of it being a sediment strainer. I bought it for aeration.

Answer:	Of course you can. No matter how tall or deep your wine is or isn't, just hold the funnel over the glass and pour.
Question:	What is the outer diameter of the funnel tip? I'd like to fit it into a hose and need the exact dimension if possible. Thanks
Answer:	Funnel tip diameter: 0.5" (inches) / 12.5 mm. On a side note, the holes that dispense the liquid you pour into the funnel, on the side of the funnel tip, not at the bottom. I'm no physics whiz, but I'd look into that before connecting it to a hose, as I might end up plugging it up so to speak. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Anything "wet" will work to keep the glass from throwing off the "Glass Dust" that can inhaled if not wearing a mask. Using oil instead of water, will make an oily mess to have to clean up and I wouldn't use it, unless there was no water available.
