Answer:	yes..very close. the concept has much better electronics the concept electronics are primitive and hard to see..I use a external timer..

Answer:	They are a matte finish. Very nice.

Answer:	No. I don't believe this model comes apart to clean. I believe it is held together by a very sturdy rivet. I take care of it like I would any carbon or stainless steel cooking utensil. I use soap and water and a plant based oil for cleaning.

Answer:	The blades are (from the joint to the tip) 3 1/4”. The total length including the handles is 8 1/4”.
