Answer: Hi Wesley: The kit comes in two flavors, one for $6.98 MINUS the 9V adapter, and one for $7.98 WITH the 9V adapter. I happened to order the one MINUS the 9V adapter. If you paid or got charged the $7.98 and did not received the adapter, then you are owed one. I just now looked on Amazon, and you can order the ChromaCast 9V adapter separately for $4.98. Not as good a deal if your ordered it with the cables.
