Question:	I would like to from some folks who have been using this peeler for a bit if this continues to stay sharp after continued use
Answer:	I received a 3-pk in July 2019. It still has 'Swiss Made' stamped on the back of each peeler, but on the package (a piece of paper that bonds 3 peelers together with a cable tie) it says 'Made in China'. My old package from last year had the same paper but with word 'Made in Switzerland'.
Question:	Is this a stationary or swivel peeler? I prefer stationary peelers and they are harder to find

Answer:	From David Pogue’s secret to extending the life of a razor is to simply dry it off after using it. “You can either blow-dry it with a blowdryer, or I keep a little bottle of rubbing alcohol next to the sink. I just swish the razor in the rubbing alcohol, and that instantly evaporates when you’re done. So the blade never has a chance to rust.” I don't see why this won't work for this peeler too.

Question:	is this a good trimming knife for brisket
Answer:	This is by far my favorite peeler I have ever owned.. I've had one more almost a year and I abuse it with carrots and potatoes... Normally this company has a warranty of lifetime. If it ever dulls or break, shoot them an email and tell them whats up and they will send you a brand new one... The only problem I face with this product is it will start hurting your hands from the grip, super thin handle but a beast in the kitchen... Order 12 and give them to friends and family and they will love you forever at this peeler, also toss all other peelers in the garbage and never buy any kind else.

Answer:	This watermelon slicer can with alot of force will slice a large watermelon but not sure of diameter. It was tough slicing a Larger Watermelon..but did a good job!

Made of food safe, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, nylon, polyester, glass fibre and spandex (for comfort), these gloves have been designed to resist cuts and nicks from even the sharpest blades.

Easy to wash

After use, machine-wash your gloves with a mild detergent. Keep the washing machine water temperature at or below 104°F/40°C. Do not iron or use machine drying - instead, hang the gloves to drip dry.

Question:	can these be sharpened? Or what happens when they get dull
Answer:	I've got both -- the straight one.
Question:	Are these knives dishwasher safe
Answer:	These are the exact same knives. The 47513 is the newer model. The only difference is on the 40513 it has two sets of numbers 40513 and below that 5.6413.15 and on model 47513 it has just the numbers 5.6413.15
Question:	Do they come with sleeves
Answer:	A flex knife might be good for trimming bone and fat. This semi-stiff knife has proven to be good for slicing and carving as well as trimming and boning for me. So, it fits both of my needs. I have been very pleased with this knife since I bought it. I use it almost daily and have not had to scrapen the blade yet.
Question:	Are these knives sharp enough
Answer:	You need this knife if you eat/cook meat. You can buy a whole beef tenderloin (filet) for $6-$8/lb on sale at a big box store on sale and trim it yourself. That'll save you up to $100. You definitely need three knives in a Western kitchen: a French chef's knife; a flexible boning knife, and a bread knife, which you use for splitting cake layers, too. (Make sure the latter is 10" or even 12" long for that.) You can add a small paring knife and/or 6" utility knife down the road if you like. Never buy a knife set, by the way. Knives within any one brand aren't always the best of their kind. Moreover, you'll get knives you don't need and it'll be missing knives you do need.
