Answer:	Hello, Yes it is 5.5" x 8.5"
Question:	is this cutting board reversible
Answer:	There is Velcro around the inside of lower ledge of the roof all the way around so you can attach sides. I am not sure whether these are interchangeable with other brands in terms of exact size. It is a good tent, but there is not a place to buy individual parts.
Question:	Does the 27.5” length include all of the handle
Answer:	I bent one of those poles in a storm and have been unable to find a replacement. I could not find replacement parts anywhere. I really liked this one. My suggestion would be to either buy a new one, or a used one which you use for parts. I finally ended up buying a more expensive tent with octagonal legs.
Question:	Is there glue used? I just want to make sure it is toxic free

My passion for creating healthy food led me to earn a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Food Science. I have been teaching cooking classes at the Sacramento Food Coop since 2008, began La Cucina Italiana catering in 2014 – 2016, and to this day, make regular appearances on KCRA Channel 3, Good Day Sacramento Channel 31, Fox 40 News Channel, ABC 10 Sac & Co., as well as volunteer at various food banks, adult day care institutions, and recovery communities. My Family

In my family, like many others, food embodies memories and is a vessel to create new ones. I remember vividly while growing up, my Italian immigrant mother and grandmother telling the stories associated with the traditional southern Italian recipe they were teaching me to make. That food-memory connection was passed down, with birthdays smelling of gnocchi and chocolate cake and summers bringing back memories of gardening with my dad. He still carries a knife in his pocket, ready for picking whatever is ripe and ready to eat whether it’s fruit or vegetables. We especially love eating tomatoes from the vine and feeling the juice run down our faces.

Answer:	Mine is 12"x18 1/8". There are no sharp edges and the corners are rounded off.
Question:	I need smooth white board to use as acrylic pallette. Is this perfectly smooth with no groves
Answer:	It is flat. No grooves. However, it is a textured surface and not smooth. Great cutting board but I'm not sure how great a palette it would make.
Question:	Is this a hard or softer plastic board
Answer:	Given it's thickness ( 1/2 inch) it is not flexible. As a cutting board it is soft enough to be easy on the knifes that I use. And, over time I do get small grooves in some areas of the board. Not wearing through, more of a slight texture. Quite consistent with other cutting boards of similar thickness. Easy to wash. With heavy commercial usage scrubbing and a bleach mixture are in order. Ours has been through numerous dishwasher cycles without any issues.However, it likely will not do well as a butcher block if you are using a large cleaver.
Question:	Does it have a smooth surface
Answer:	Yes, it is smooth. Nice to cut on but it is slippery. I should find a solution for that😀
