Question: Can you use this with the 10" Bamboo Steamer
Answer: Yes... you could. The wire leg folds under to give just under 1 inch height and fold out (like the picture shows them) to give just under 2 1/2 inch height. You stack two to give you a combination of either measurements. HOWEVER... if you pot is around 12 inches or wider the rack leg could slip off the rack underneath it... though you could always zip-tie the top rack in place and have no worries.
Question: How wide apart are the legs
Answer: No this is metal and can not go into a regular microwave. I got it for my counter over, the Galloping Gourmet oven which is a convection type oven. DO NOT USE IN A MICROWAVE.

Answer: Not sure but it's sturdy. I was very pleased with this roaster and how it functions. Basic but sturdy enough to do the job, and temperature control was right on.

Answer: This pot can be used on a gas stove and/or an electric one as long as you don't allow it to boil dry and overheat. That little metal "pancake" on the bottom of the pan (that allows it to be used on an induction burner) might warp and possibly detach from the pot if the pot gets hot enough to melt the weld--which would mean that the pot has been heating without anything in it for several minutes. Short answer: as long as you use it with ordinary care, the pot works great on all types of burners.

Answer: I had ordered the basket to fit my Fry Daddy. I believe it was the 8 1/2" basket. It measured 8 3/4" at the top opening and 6 3/4" at the bottom. It was 5 inches deep. It also measured 8 7/8" wide including the handle which was too wide for my fryer. I had to bend the handle to make it fit.
