Answer:	The entire food container is glass. Glass dish and lid. The only part that is plastic is the container for the water. Nothing plastic touches the food. This is a great steamer and I use it all the time. The glass goes right in the dishwasher and the plastic part just air dries.

Answer:	I don’t think so. My Lincoln LS is a little on the short side and the cover is stretched to it’s max. 1976 Olds 98 = 232 inches length, 2003 Lincoln LS = 196 inches length. I am sure it won’t fit. Order a larger one.

Answer:	It would depend on how much water you put in the pot... the basket sits 1" from the bottom of the pot with the feet fully extended. So if you add 2" of water the basket is submersed 1"...Hope that helps...

Answer:	While I simply rinsed it under water, the product worked great. My husband washed it in the dishwasher the other day and now the steamer insert is rusty. I’d say great product, just be sure to rinse under water immediately after using.
