Answer:	Our shower heads have the maxiumum amount of swivel that is possible with a shower head. However, they are not designed for use with shower arms that come straight out of the wall. The shower arm should have a 45 deg bend.

Answer:	You could remove it, but we wouldn't recommend it unless you have less than 15 psi at the shower head. It's designed for a certain GPM and works very well at that GPM.

Answer:	I personally wouldn't go over 10lbs, I have a 12" chrome finish shower head that it supports but also got two stainless steel cables with brackets and screwed into my shower wall for additional support, those shower head can be heavy and if you have a tall shower and that shower head falls unexpectedly because water can make anything loose it can really hurt you BAD

Answer:	This unit cannot be installed pointing straight down. If installed pointing straight down the handheld unit would fall out of the holder. This unit needs to be mounted on a horizontal shower arm. That being said, both the fixed and the handheld shower head have ball-joint swivels, so you can point them both in the downward position.

To Broil:

Preheat broiler. Lightly brush food with oil and season with salt, pepper, and any other herbs or spices. To control cooking time, adjust the distance between food and heat source by lowering or raising the oven rack on which your broil pan is resting. Once the first side is browned, flip food items. The second side will cook faster since the food is partially cooked. Watch closely and remove when second side is browned.

Best foods to broil are rib and loin cuts of meat, boneless chicken, fish, shellfish, vegetables and breads.The thicker the food item, the lower your oven rack should be. Using tongs to flip food will keep in natural juices. If you will not use the pan drippings to make a sauce, line the bottom pan with foil for ease in clean up. Hand washing recommended.

Answer:	You can not lock the autosomal button on this lid. The lid I received is also not the lid pictured. I ordered it 2x thinking the first one was a mistake. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the false/misleading pictures!

Question:	Can this be used for searing on stovetop
Answer:	I was able to roast a 18lb turkey in this pan without problems. The roasting pan size I can use is limited by the size of my oven and this worked perfectly.
Question:	What are the internal measurements of this pan? I need to fit a 10" diameter dish inside it
Answer:	Probably not. I have used it in a high temp oven 550+ and it warps. Broiler would probably destroy it
Question:	Can you use this roasting pan for turkey's? What size turkey can it handle
Answer:	I don’t Have the Emeril power fryer, however the largest item in this kit is the strainer basket, it measures 6 1/2 inches across and total height is 5 1/2 inches including the legs hopefully this helps.
Question:	is this broiler safe
Answer:	Yes but the larger basket on the bottom and stack the small on top. There are other products that have 3 stackable stainless steel steamers that stack as well. Or you can use the divider in this set to put 3 different things in steamer to cook.
