Answer:	I have not have that problem either. I agree, there may be some flakes if too much is applied; however, if you make sure to cover all the fibers, it won't have flakes throughout the day. I only had problems with the flakes right after applying; but, I gently brush them off with a beauty sponge that's been damped. Honestly, this product if applied correctly, they wont budge unless they are under like hot water or have been wet for a long time. So, no this product won't give you racoon eyes.
