This is not the kind of Hungarian goulash I grew up eating from my European immigrant dad. This American version, which dates back to the early 1900s, is more like a cross between a healthier Hamburger Helper and mac and cheese. The macaroni cooks right in the sauce so it’s super simple to make.

Recipe

Press the saute button on an electric pressure cooker. When hot, add the oil and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion begins to brown, about 3 minutes. Add the beef, season with the paprika and salt, and brown the meat, using a wooden spoon to break it into small pieces as it cooks, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and softened, 4 to 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, broth, and bay leaf. Stir in the macaroni.

Seal and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Quick release so the pasta stops cooking, then open when the pressure subsides. Discard the bay leaf. Top the dish with the cheddar, cover, and let sit until the cheese has melted. Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve.

Answer:	The height of the pan appears to be approximately 15/16 of an inch from the counter to the rim of the pan. If you're talking about the inside depth of the pan, the measurement was about 3/4 of an inch. It's hard to get an exact measurement of the depth because of the tappered sides, but I placed some stiff metal spanning the top o the pan and measured it vertically with a ruler. Any error would be minor.
Question:	Which pan can do 2 large eggs/the mini round or the square pan
Answer:	Mini round can do 2, but it's quite crowded, and not really made for that. I suspect that the same is true for the square, as the dimensions are similar. When I just want one I use my mini round, but for two eggs I use my 8" GreenPan fry pan http://a.co/d/fmznKmn that I also use a ton for sauteing onions, peppers, and garlic.
Question:	Can you flip an egg in it without using a spatula like you can in a round pan
Answer:	possible. you would need to be good. it is the size of square sandwich bread.

Answer:	TeChef cookware features oven safe handles that can withstand oven temperatures up to 350 °F / 175 °C for cookware with phenolic (bakelite) handles
Question:	is this plan completely flat on the bottom? I need no curve at all
Answer:	There is 5" x 6" of the bottom of the pan I'd say is pretty darn 'flat'. Then it turns up into a pretty tight angles (not quite 90°) to the top. Pretty sturdy pan, I must say also.
Question:	What is the capacity or volume of this pan? Would it hold and fold about a cup of egg whites/egg and a half cup of wilted greens
Answer:	The medium will definitely not be big enough. It is big enough for a plain tamagoyaki mixture with two to three eggs (1/2-3/4 cup). As the greens would result in an even bigger tamagoyaki I would suggest getting the large or splitting the recipe.

Answer:	No, looking at it I do not see that it has any aluminum in it.

Answer:	This mini pan is so small that I don't even use it! I tried it once on top of my stove and it was a joke! As far as putting it into the oven - I wouldn't because of it's size. I would not chance it in an air fryer either because it is so small.

Question:	Seems to me that a cover would be required to get even cooking. Anyone disagree
Answer:	I would NOT, if you need a wire brush after using these pans,then you better turn the heat down. A little soap and hot water and maybe a plastic scrubber, is all you need.
Question:	What is volume of each cup? Does it hold a large egg
Answer:	Yes! It was fine/ unnoticeable for sandwiches, but when it warms up, the metal domes and any oil pools to the edges, which is dangerous with such a shallow side. Never been above medium heat, used 3 times. Also surface scratches from nylon spatula already! DON'T put it it the dishwasher (even though it says "dishwaher safe"! Water got into the paint and it blistered until it dried out. Where it scratched it with my fingernail, the paint came off to the metal. This is some cheap crap, I think we've been had, lol.
Question:	This came with what looked like a warning label (in Chinese) on the handle. What does it say
Answer:	I just literally used my 5.5 pan on my induction stove top just fine.

Answer:	I drink my coffee with almond/soy milk and sometimes a little bit of sugar so I've encountered that problem before too. I wouldn't mix it with the coffee grind since it'll mess up the brewing process. I actually put them in the top chamber so that when you are ready to press down the milk and sugar are already there. Side note: I wasn't sure if adding sugar directly into the chamber was going to obstruct or damage the filter/press so I mix the milk and sugar first. Or I add the sugar once the coffee is pressed so the sugar can melt.
Question:	Has anyone used these to cup chicken patties out of thined chicken breast
Answer:	The outside is metal, the inside press is plastic. We love this press, the quality is good. There are a couple of seals that can be easily lost when washing, so you must be mindful to not lose them. Also, just to share, the directions say not to wash in dishwasher. Hand washing is not a deal breaker for us though.

Question:	For those using the rings for gluten free batters (like hamburger buns), do you have any trouble with it leaking out of the bottom of the rings
Answer:	Coffee 101: After using a French press, add some water to the grounds and pour this through a wire mesh strainer, like a tea strainer. Repeat if necessary. Then dump the moist grounds into a can, bag, garbage, garden, your choice. Rinse strainer. Rinse press. Rinse plunger. Done. (To understand how to use this, you should also learn how to use a glass French press.) Note: You can compact your grounds into a puck with this Kohipress. This is bad. If you are seeing compact grounds at the bottom that are hard to rinse out, you are not following directions. This will only happen when you put too much coffee in. The mesh filter at the bottom will push against the coffee, compacting it. The result will be coffee that is over-extracted, and sooner or later you will damage the filter.

Answer:	Yes it is completely lead and cadmium free!
Question:	What's the precise diameter of the flat part of the base of this 12“ skillet that is in direct contact with the stove/heat
Answer:	The internal flat area is about 10.5", external about 11". There is not a lot of curving on the side, it's pretty much straight up with a rounded edge.
Question:	Is the bottom flat? I am tired of pans that wobble on my glass stove top
Answer:	Many pans get warped when people take them off a hot stove and put them directly under cool water in the sink. That extreme temperature change can warp the bottom of many pans. Not sure about this one.
Question:	Can these pans go in dishwasher
Answer:	I wouldn't put them in the dishwasher. The pans clean easily enough with just quick rinse and wipe with a towel. I wouldn't risk compromising the non-stick surface by putting them the dishwasher.
