Answer:	the wok is carbon steel and is not "non-stick". like cast iron skillets, proper seasoning and care makes them less prone to sticking, but again it depends on the care. I haven't used mine yet, so i don't know about wear, it is steel, but the handle is wood. i'm not too concerned about wear.

Question:	Seems to me that a cover would be required to get even cooking. Anyone disagree
Answer:	I would NOT, if you need a wire brush after using these pans,then you better turn the heat down. A little soap and hot water and maybe a plastic scrubber, is all you need.

Answer:	Yes! It was fine/ unnoticeable for sandwiches, but when it warms up, the metal domes and any oil pools to the edges, which is dangerous with such a shallow side. Never been above medium heat, used 3 times. Also surface scratches from nylon spatula already! DON'T put it it the dishwasher (even though it says "dishwaher safe"! Water got into the paint and it blistered until it dried out. Where it scratched it with my fingernail, the paint came off to the metal. This is some cheap crap, I think we've been had, lol.

Answer:	No. You would have to have a bottom to hold water and a cover for the top, neither of which come with it. You can poach eggs in any pan filled with water by heating the water and swirling it before dropping the egg in. Or buy a different pan meant to be used to poach eggs. This pan is intended to fry individual eggs for sandwiches.

Answer:	Don't know. Used it camping on a propane stove. Everything stuck to the surface. Don't waste your money. Could not get scrambled eggs off, threw it away!
