Question:	What is the difference between the EZ4008 and Z4008 models, other than the pricetag
Answer:	Don't put it in the dryer though. A relative threw mine in the dryer without me knowing and the protective layer on the pad melted off. No more easy wipe off, which is why I'm back to purchase #2.

Answer:	This picture does show it as black, but the set that I received was white. I can't remember what the image looked like when I researched it online, but I think it was white then too. Other than that, I LOVE these pots and pans! Nothing sticks!
