Answer:	I don't know anything about this set. I bought a small 8" bronze frying pan and then separately a large deep bronze cook pan with a lid and side handles. I can't compare these items.

Answer:	The description says it can be "INDUCTION CAPABLE – these pots and pans are suitable for all stovetops, including induction (the baking trays aren’t induction capable)"
Question:	A 10" pan is 10" across the top and 8" on the bottom (cooking and contact surface). Is the 8" pan then 8" across the the top and 6" on the bottom? y

Answer:	I am not sure what you are asking here... Are they heavy like cast iron? No where close. Are they well built and sturdy? Absolutely, I have been around a few years, and Anolon is my choice for quality cookware at a reasonable price.

Answer:	The large lid fits the steamer basket
Question:	Are these pots and pans pfoa free
Answer:	I disagree, these pans are great. I have even used a knife in it and nothing, everything from scrabbled eggs, steaks, chicken veggies, nothing sticks and it cooks evenly
Question:	Does the 5 qt lid fit on the steamer insert also? Or do you have to use the steamer open.... which would defeat the purpose
Answer:	You only need one or the other and do not necessarily need either if your gutter already has a downspout with an adapter installed. The copper one looks nicer but this rain chain will attach to an existing aluminum adapter.
Question:	So I just received my order of the 15 piece but I didn’t get the loaf pan so what do I do to get it
Answer:	The only way to make this work is cutting a hole in your gutter and putting the connector part in it. Unless your gutter already has a hole, I don’t think this will work.

Answer:	I use a PYREX lid 8 1/2 X 8 1/2 not perfect but it works

Answer:	They say they are. They work great for me. Cleaning, I just wipe it with a damp paper towel.

Answer:	Yes - misleading. Mine are being returned today. the largest pan measure 10.25 IF you measure the rims that stick out. The interior at the lid height only measures 9.25". Very small.

Answer:	I have exactly the same experience. They were very good for the first few months and got gradually bad...Now everything sticks. The last time the food got stuck so much that I spent about half hour trying to scrub it off. Very disappointing.. :-(

Important: Season Your Pan Before Using

Always season pans before first use as follows:

1. Heat Clean, dry pan on Low heat for 30 seconds.

2. Remove from heat and add 1 table spoon of vegetable oil.

3. Using a paper towel, rub the oil all over the entire INTERIOR surface of the pan.

4. REAPEAT each time you wash the cookware in a dishwasher

Warning:

- Never Leave the cookware empty over a hot burner. This could ruin the pan and cause damage to your stovetop.

- Never put your cookware in the microwave or toaster oven. It could be dangerous.

- DO NO handle cookware when hot, especially when inside the oven. Use oven mitts because the pan and handles will be very hot.

Removing Stubborn ResidueIf soaking does not lossen it, add water and a table spoon of non-lemon dishwasher detergent to a depth of one inch in the pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool in the pan , then drain and rinse. Loosen the residue with a sponge or plastic spatula. Repeat if necessary.

Answer:	This and Copper Chef cookware are -- and I find them indistinguishable, as far as their non-stick quality is concerned. By the way, the non-stick surface is inside the pans, but not on the outside, so you'll want to wipe drips off the outside before they burn. To keep these pans working like new: 1. Read the directions carefully. 2. Wash by hand to avoid wearing away the non-stick surface with abrasive dish washing detergent. 3 Make sure you use cooking oil with a sufficiently high smoke point. You DO NOT want to make the oil smoke in these pans! The smoke will bond with the non-stick coating and they WILL lose that non-stick quality. 4. Avocado oil is best for searing or sauteing food that requires a high cooking temperature. Refined avocado oil has about the highest smoke point -- around 520° Fahrenheit.
