Directions

1. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook ribs in two batches on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove from skillet to plate; cool 15 minutes. Discard fat and pan drippings. Place ribs in 1-gallon freezer plastic bag. Pour 1/3 cup soy sauce over ribs; seal bag, pressing out as much air as possible. Lay flat in freezer. Freeze up to 3 months.

2. In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, hoisin sauce, chili garlic sauce and mustard with whisk. Stir in garlic and gingerroot. Pour into freezer container; seal tightly. Freeze up to 3 months.

3. Thaw ribs and sauce 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator until completely thawed. Spray 31/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Pour ribs and sauce into slow cooker. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.

4. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix vinegar, granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons soy sauce with whisk. Stir in cucumber and carrots. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 3 hours. Drain before serving.

5. Remove ribs from slow cooker to cutting board. Remove 1/2 cup liquid from slow cooker to medium bowl. Remove bones and any pieces of fat from ribs and discard. Shred meat with 2 forks; place in bowl with reserved cooking liquid. Discard remaining cooking liquid.

6. To serve, divide rice among 8 bowls. Top with shredded beef and marinated vegetables. Garnish with cilantro, onions and lime.

Answer:	We found that if you have the GoXLR, and a USB headset, that we can still get the sound over. Put a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cord from the headset output on the GoXLR, and into the Line In port on the back of a computer. Then, use the 'Listen to this device' option in the sound settings to redirect sound from 3.5mm Line In, and output to the USB headset. Can use a guide like https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/126383-listen-microphone-through-playback-device-windows.html to see the process. Couple things to note - If you hear a buzzing or feedback, you may need to get a quality 3.5mm Ground Noise Loop isolator, and be sure to get a quality 3.5mm cable, otherwise the sound may sound a bit degraded.

Answer:	No. As a personal preference I first heat the milk in the microwave for about a minute but the frother works great - cold or hot.
