Answer:	No. As a personal preference I first heat the milk in the microwave for about a minute but the frother works great - cold or hot.

Answer:	Haven’t tried it on eggs, but I would think it might work. I scramble eggs with a fork and it would work at least as well as that. You do have to hold it vertically to make it work.

Question:	Is this the heavy duty one
Answer:	Let's put it this way, we use it to heat milk for our toddler son. It's not scorching hot by any means but just the right temperature for him to enjoy. We are happy with the temp for heating milk by itself and for our coffee. No problems with temp whatsoever (for us). We love our coffee more than ever.
Question:	How long do batteries last on average
Answer:	It does not have a spout, but it does not make a mess. I absolutely love this, it froths so well.
Question:	Does this product contain BPA
Answer:	I’m having the same issue - the instructions clearly say to remove the spring if you want to just warm the milk or clean the whisk. Now I can’t get it all back together again.
Question:	How about the after-sale service
Answer:	I use unsweetened coconut/almond milk filled to the minimum line and have more delicious, perfectly creamy hot foam for 3 hot chocolates. I’m a Starbucks regular and there is no difference between the foams. I also carefully rinse mine out. No issues.
