Answer:	Yes, we have used it recently and the customer was pleased with it. The handles may be a bit wobbly, if you use a T15 screwdriver and turn the handles over, you can tighten them up. Answer:	Try just vinegar and then rinse well. The baking soda reacts with the vinegar and it doesn’t have a chance to clean the pot.

Answer:	Yes, in a limited way. The inside of the lid, around the inside of the pour spout, amd the water level window are all plastic and can come in contact with the heated water. The majority of the pot where it contacts water is steel.

Answer:	I have the Ovente BG44S model with one burner. It has a small fan located at the back that makes as much noise as a typical desktop PC. I'm not sure about the BG1202S; but I'll bet that model has a fan as well. Also, you must wait for the fan to finish cooling the burners before you cut the power; the fan will shut off automatically after a few minutes, then you can turn off the power switch. If you cut the power before the fan finishes its cycle, it may reduce the life of your electric cooktop. I've had mine for almost 2 years without problems.
