Each unit comes equipped with two small whisks – one for frothing milk and the other for just heating. The default configuration out of the box is heating. The frothing whisk is stored in the machine, which will froth cold or hot milk.

Answer:	Do not, under any circumstances, tilt this forward. The construction of this item is designed to be used vertically. Tilting it forward will allow very hot water to seep out of the holes that are designed to release the steam.
Question:	This was frothing great and now only heats. How do you get it to switch back and forth
Answer:	I think it depends on the type of coat. A wool winter coat should probably be kept hanging & taken to dry cleaner occasionally, but suit coats and blazer type coats seem alright when I steam the wrinkles away. Perhaps the refinement and type of wool has an impact. In a craft class I was told that when making raw wool garments, I should wash the wool prior to sewing so it won't shrink later-- those items are easily steamed when I use them. Answer:	It is not bad product, they just use the cheap components and materials that made it short life
Question:	What I said the material inside pot aside from glass? Is the inside bottom aluminum or stainless steel and I still there's any plastic inside
Answer:	The pot is made of glass with the metal/plastic piece attached under it. The part that might be tricky however is that it's a large pitcher and the tea bag string might not be long enough. I have my tea in my cup and pour the boiled water over it. What I really love about the Chef's Star us that it lights up and shuts off when the water is done. It warms up quickly too.
Question:	I have bought two and after several months of use they stop working . Why? Is it a bad product
Answer:	I got the 400 ,manual one so it's not gonna stop until you press the on/off button.
Question:	After the water is boiled, can I put tea in a teabag inside or will it damage the metal bottom part
Answer:	I don't use a cartridge filter. I use water from a Reverse Osmosis system instead. The ROS is more economical in the long run and it removes the minerals in the water as well so you don't need to descale the hot water dispenser. But you need to take multi-mineral supplement (come with multi-vitamin supplement to compensate mineral lost in drinking water. Consult your doctor for taking any supplement. Check the instruction or contact dealer for how long the cartridge filter last.
