Tips for Using Hipresso Coffee Machine

1. Never run the coffee machine when the water tank is empty.

2. The amount of coffee beans shall not exceed one day usage amount.

3. Do not use raw milk. Use milk at refrigerator temperature (3-5℃）

4. Do not add hot water or freezing water into the water tank.

5. Use freshly roasted espresso beans (avoid caramelized beans and damped beans).

6. Store coffee beans in a cool, dark and dry container. Vacuum sealed if possible.

Answer:	For best tasting espressos you want a 1:2 yield, so if your dose is 14g of coffee which would be the double shot filter dose (I typically use the unpressurized basket) you want about 28g yield, liquid espresso in your cup and from there you can fine adjust for taste you prefer....2 ounces of espresso from a 14g dose seems like you will experience a terrible tasting pull....2 ounces far exceeds 28g of yield

Answer:	STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING SENSIO!! Sensio, who is parent company, service is awful. My machine broke after 15 mo. and with no pressure on the gauge they assessed the machine is working fine. Case closed. Being located in Montreal there is no recouse I know of.

Question:	does it work with pre ground coffee
Answer:	I would not expect the Phillips 3200 Series to be a workhorse for a large party without filling water reservoir several times because the water reservoir isn't that large. The tank holds approximately 8 cups of water. I've also noticed when the water line gets down to four cups of water left in the tank, the Phillips 3200 asks for more water to be added. I assume that's because of the AquaClean water filter inserted inside the water tank, because the top sits at the four cup line. I think it would be perfect for four people having small cups of coffee. My husband and I have enjoyed the Phillips 3200 Series very much, we normally have about one 18oz. cup cappuccino. I hope this has helped you.
Question:	How do you descale and clean this machine also does it have a brew unit which you have to clean like the Saeco machines
Answer:	You can set how long the machine stays on before auto shutoff. See pg 10 of the manual to choose 15, 30, 45 or 60 mins.
Question:	I am looking for really good tasting coffee beans for this machine. Which can you recommend
Answer:	We bought light, medium and dark roasts and are tasting them as we go.. We got "Three Beans Coffee" (from/by Whole Foods) and love them..
Question:	what is the voltage and watts for this unit
Answer:	It comes with the steam wand (panarello) and you manually froth the milk. This machine is not the automatic/LatteGo version.

Answer:	No
Question:	How long does it take to make one cappucino
Answer:	It does...depending on the meat or cheese (texture) will have effect in quality of slice. I use in my restaurant for my Italian beef and to slice our cheeses. Daily use for quite some time now. Pleased with quality.
Question:	Can you froth milk with this machine? For example, if I want to add more milk to my coffee or if instead I want to make a hot chocolate
Answer:	I have used mine down to about 1/8 of an inch on raw steak to make beef jerky. It worked great. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can an espresso be made with decaf coffee
Answer:	Yes! You cannot do a thick roast. It is easy.
