Answer:	Water releases into the catch tray after making an espresso, but if you have an outside leak I'd take advantage of the warranty. I've had my machine for a few months now and have no such issues.

Answer:	That depends on the proportions of the cup I guess, but if standard is about 3-3/4 inches, absolutely. There's a lot of room under there: about 4 inches from the filter-holder tips to the base.

Answer:	No, it is like any household coffee pot. It runs on 110 volt. As for how long it takes to brew, it takes longer to set-up than to brew. It takes about 5 minutes for the machine to heat up, about the length of time that it takes for my Keurig to heat. As for the actual brewing, about 5 seconds to fill a demitasse cup. I love my espresso machine. It is my first one and works great for home use. I buy Lavazza espresso grounds from the grocery store.

Answer:	I let it fill about a half to one third of a regular size coffee mug

Answer:	It should be about a minute at most I think. Mine never came on. If both lights flashed when you turn it on it’s broken. I’ve had two that didn’t work and had to return

Question:	Can I use this to make hot water
Answer:	i believe the 3220, 3420, & 3630 are essentially the same core machine - except for a retailer sku variation 3220 / 3420, & finish variation 3630 - you might want to double check with De'Longhi to confirm. We picked up the 3220 locally & are finding it a surprisingly nice machine.
Question:	Can this be used to make regular coffee as well as espresso
Answer:	I ordered a 49mm tamper as this was posted as such, but it is in fact 51mm. The 49mm works fine since this machine is pressurized and doesn’t need much tamping to begin with.
Question:	Does this take espresso pods
Answer:	Yes. Included 2-sided plastic dual purpose tool : 49mm tamper / oval coffee scoop. Ok - not too elegant & lightweight - but perfectly functional.
