1. Screw off the water cup.Turn over the appliance, open the extracting chamber cap, and place the capsule in the chamber.
2. Install and screw down the extracting chamber cap, turn over the appliance, install and screw down the water cup.
3. Open the water tank cap, pour in the clean drinking water (the water level shall not be over the maximum level), and then install and screw down the water tank cap.

Question:	Does it come in yellow? i'm trying to match it with the yellow wacaco nanopresso protable expresso maker
Answer:	I had that problem when I lived in coastal cities (Anchorage & Seattle) & when I lived on a boat for awhile. I remembered my aunts in Florida would heat up & dry out potato chips in their ovens. So after it was popped & toppings applied (real butter in my case) I started putting it in the oven to dry it out. A fairly low heat of 200-250, for 15-30 minutes, depending on moisture & your patience. It turned out delicious, with a crunchy texture. I had some left over, and reheated it the next day, the same way, and the taste was even better, with the same crunchiness as before. It was 1988 when I started doing it that way, and I still do it the same way, whether I microwave regular kernels, or use any kind of machine. If I'm sure I'll want popcorn tomorrow, I'll make it today, put it in the over (off) and the next day heat it up. This method doesn't require any extra ingredients or equipment, just patience & a bit of forethought.

Answer:	I burned a few kernels on the second round of popping as I wanted to pop any of the leftover kernels from the initial pop. Put the bowl and lid in the oven at 250F for 20-30 minutes. I read about this on Wirecutter and it works like a charm. This works on all 100% silicone products. Give it a try, I'll think you'll be happy with the results.

Answer:	I own both of he machines you're asking about. Differences are: The K575 is a "Keurig 2.0" machine, so it uses an optical detector to prevent you from using non-licensed k-cups. The K575 has a larger reservoir. The K575 has the ability to us the Keurig carafe, as well as the larger pods (which sounds like an advantage, but good luck finding those larger k-cup pods anywhere except the web). The K575 has a color digital display. The K-Elite has a high-altitude brew setting, is a much simpler machine, and seems to be built rock-solid. Of the two machines, I much prefer the K-Elite. It is smaller and a little more quiet than the K575. Plus without the DRM stuff it's simpler internally. In my opinion it is probably the best Keurig machine for home use built to date. And if you shop around you may be able to buy this unit for as low as $125, much less than I've ever seen the K575.

Question:	How do you make the water hotter. My coffee is hot.but not real hot. If you add cream it then becomes warm.Is there a button
Answer:	I originally bought a Delonghi Espresso maker, and send it back for another model - the Perfecta, which works fine. (Sorry I don't remember the original model). However, it did not make the water hot enough. The brewer should work at 190 - 205 degrees F. If the coffee is lower in temperature it will not extract the flavor compounds, and it will be cool compared to your regular coffee. The Answer is - Send it back if the measured temperature in the cup is too low, e.g. below 185 F. There is no temperature adjustment.

Answer:	Absolutely not! You can only brew with Nespresso's Vertuo cups. They are completely different and twice the cost of a K-cup. This is really excellent coffee and a luxury product.
Question:	I saw this item has a P65 cancer and reproductive harm warning. Can I get more information on this
Answer:	I used to be a barista and there is also reproductive harm warning for espresso machines due to the milk residue left on the tools used to froth the milk. We were trained to clean it very well after each use. I can’t remember why but I was trained that the milk froth left over was potentially hazardous, to pregnant women especially, so may be worth looking into the hazards regarding the frothed milk.

Answer:	You can put a larger cup right in front (but not inside) the machine, and use a much larger--including 12 oz--cup. I do that alot--no need to remove the pieces inside the machine. You can also program this machine easily to give you the volume you prefer (I have programmed my for 8 oz). But if you like really strong coffee, you might not want to do that.
Question:	Do the used cup go into a storage container within the machine
Answer:	Yes, when you lift the lever, the used capsules fall into a container below. It fits about 6 capsules. The container slides out like a drawer for emptying/cleaning.

The bulb will have a limited lifetime warranty and will cover any manufacture defect. In an event that the bulb fails you can reach out to our Customer Support team and we will replace the product. However, the warranty will not cover any physical or modification damage done to the product. Our Cafe String Lights have a total wattage of 21.6W and approximately 1W per bulb.
