Question:	I can see that there is another small cup there to make milk foam. Is that milk froather? Is that include in this selling package
Answer:	Smart Start heats then brews in one simple process. No need to wait for the brewer to heat before selecting brew size. Power on your brewer, add coffee, then select your brew size. The brewer will heat, then automatically begin brewing. Clock allows you to set an Auto On time. Unit only takes 45 seconds or less to heat up, and I brew one cup only, so I never use Auto On (timer). If this unit is on and warm, it takes about 60 seconds to brew a cup of coffee. Having this brew the coffee before you are up and ready to drink it is a waste of time because it might be cool before you get there. There is no pot and no warmer like in a drip coffee maker. It does not need one. Press to start, butter your toast, drink your HOT coffee. Answer:	It's really not needed. I own a K575, which has a touch screen, and I think that this is much simpler. Plus no touchscreen to dirty up with fingerprints. This machine is simpler, and I believe that's one of its selling points. Should one really need to be choose a wallpaper for the screen of their coffee maker too? On the other hand, if you want to be able to tell the time by looking at your coffee maker, something you can easily do with several of the Keurig 2.0 machines, though the K-Elite has a digital time display, it can only be viewed by looking down on the machine from above. So if that's important to you this machine might not be a good choice.

Answer:	I own both of he machines you're asking about. Differences are: The K575 is a "Keurig 2.0" machine, so it uses an optical detector to prevent you from using non-licensed k-cups. The K575 has a larger reservoir. The K575 has the ability to us the Keurig carafe, as well as the larger pods (which sounds like an advantage, but good luck finding those larger k-cup pods anywhere except the web). The K575 has a color digital display. The K-Elite has a high-altitude brew setting, is a much simpler machine, and seems to be built rock-solid. Of the two machines, I much prefer the K-Elite. It is smaller and a little more quiet than the K575. Plus without the DRM stuff it's simpler internally. In my opinion it is probably the best Keurig machine for home use built to date. And if you shop around you may be able to buy this unit for as low as $125, much less than I've ever seen the K575.

For NESPRESSO, you can use a needle to puncture a small hole in the small capsule, then put it into capsule insert and press it gently tight; For other capsule, thorns are not required.

Answer:	The Element Nanopresso is the same as the Tattoo Nanopresso. The Element Nanopresso is consists of a Nanopresso coffee machine and a Nanopresso S-Case. The color Yellow Nanopresso is just a Nanopresso coffee machine, without Nanopresso S-Case.
Question:	can the mini manual pump make foam milk
Answer:	The first few pumps are strong but then it gets more week or “watery“. I am still struggling to figure out the perfect method in the perfect grind. What I do generally as I do two shots and then add hot water to the cup to make an Americano. It’s actually pretty good. But it is not a machine strong espresso shot by any means. I have read a couple of things on how to make a stronger shot and hopefully eventually I will find it. But for what it is and make an Americano works perfect for me right now.

Answer:	Sorry, It doesn't fit capsules. The Nanopresso works best with all varieties of ground coffee. If you want to use capsules, you can purchase the Nanopresso NS Adapter from https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076DGY1NS?ref=myi_title_dp separately. With the help of NS Adapter, the Nanopresso will be perfectly compatible with Nespresso®** Original capsules and most of compatibles. Some non Original capsules might not work well with our machines.

Answer:	Mine is new and only used a couple of times so far. I haven't experienced this issue.

Answer:	Yes, but it is somewhat awkward. You have to hold the pumping mechanism over the milk cup and pump with one hand and hold the cup with the other. The foam isn’t micro foam you’d expect from a frother or whisk with high rpms. If it’s important to have a nice dense foam, buy a frother.

How To USE

1. Screw off the water cup.Turn over the appliance, open the extracting chamber cap, and place the capsule in the chamber.
2. Install and screw down the extracting chamber cap, turn over the appliance, install and screw down the water cup.
3. Open the water tank cap, pour in the clean drinking water (the water level shall not be over the maximum level), and then install and screw down the water tank cap.
4. Press the button for about 2 seconds, and release it when one beeping sound is heard.

Safe Reminder

• Be sure to be fully charged before use. Our standard adapter is 12V 2A, with a charging time of 2.5 hours.
• It's not recommended to use the product when charging, otherwise you will get a malfunction.
• Do not shake or place the machine upside down after you add water to the water tank. It would cause a damage if any liquid falls into the machine.

About Temperature

• Machine use precise NTC sensor to control water temperature to 90℃, coffee temperature over 75℃-80℃
• Do not use ICE water for heating, room temperature water or boiled water recommended.
• No need to open drinking cup during machine works. Opening the cup will lead to lower coffee temperature.

About Cleaning

• ONLY wash the Drinking Cup, Capsule Cap
• Machine has its internal self-cleaning function: fill water and press button for 5 seconds without capsule.
