Answer:	The Brew Kettle is made of Stainless Steel with a capsule bottom.

Answer:	No, it is not a fermenter

Answer:	GasOne only indicates that the material is stainless steel. I understand that 304 is the most commonly used but I can't verify. I would suggest contacting GasOne. I can verify it is not as rugged as some of the high price top of the line kettles available but it is sufficiently rugged and hasn't leaked withstanding the test of many batches of beer over 3 years. Still looks like new and in great shape so I hope to get at least another 3 years use out of it.

Answer:	Yes there are two different type of o rings that come with this kettle. I ended up using one of each I believe, just as the instructions show. You're good no matter how you do it as long as it doesn't leak. My brewsie Kettle only came with one wrench as well, which in my case was all I really needed.

Question:	Does it come with the False Bottom
Answer:	I have now used mine for a year. Approximately 50 brews on a Turkey burner type heat source. The bottom is good as new. I've been very impressed with this kettle.
Question:	has anyone seem any evidence of delamination of the triply bottom after reasonable use
Answer:	Yes, the bolt is just a plug. You just need to add a weldless thermometer.
Question:	Can the stainless steel thermometer be added where the bolt is
Answer:	Brass, as in the brass body if the ball valve, usually has small amounts of lead added to improve the "manufacturability" of the brass. Without lead, brass is a much more difficult material to work with. The original 1986 California Prop 65 law requires that ALL products containing ANY amount of lead be labeled. The Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974 has had several amendments, including a tightened restriction on lead that is pending in 2020 (0.25 % I believe). But it's important to keep in mind that many reactive/toxic elements like water, oxygen, molybdenum, etc. in tiny amounts, are actually necessary in human diets. Lead is not presently known to be necessary, and is currently assumed to NOT be needed. However, that could change as additional research is done. Finally, in spite of the dangers that are omnipresent on our planet, you CAN replace any brass components with their stainless steel counterparts. They cost more, but a 100% stainless steel system would lower lead exposure to minimum practical levels.

Answer:	Contact the seller, coffee gator. At the top of the item in the listing, "coffee gator" should be in blue, a link to the seller. Or just google them & there should be a contact email listed. I bet once they know about your problem they'll be glad to fix it.

Answer:	I'm not entirely certain why this matters. It's a high rated kettle that boils water. Maybe focus on quality and consistency instead of manufacturing location, since most products that the US consumes are made in other countries anyway.
Question:	How loud is the kettle when it is heating? I used to have one that was very loud
Answer:	The only thing you’ll hear is the sound of boiling water. The actual heating element/system is completely silent. It’s quite incredible.

Question:	Is there any plastic that touches water inside the kettle
Answer:	Silicone is not plastic, and while some freak out about it, there’s zero evidence that the silicone that you’ll find in any of these kettles is harmful. (It doesn’t leach into the water, not unless subjected to much higher temperatures than this kettle is capable of producing.)

Question:	Does this have a completely smooth bottom? Will it work well on a ceramic (smooth top) cooktop
Answer:	No, mine has circular ridges. It does not work that well on my new smooth top range. It doesn't fit exactly on any of the burners. It doesn't whistle like it did on the coil burners. I'm trying to find something better.
Question:	is this 18/10 stainless steel
Answer:	I can only say for sure that it is "high grade stainless steel" but I can't say 18/10 for sure; but I can say for sure this is heavy duty and solidly built. Looks to me like 18/10 but all I could find before I bought it was high grade Stainless Steel. It does come with a tag and the directions tell you how to clean it if rust or mineral deposits form. I've not had a problem on a well with filtered water. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Sorry but this product was made in China but I still love everything about it. It is a great Product and If needed I would still get the same one again.
Question:	what is the capacity of the tea kettle
Answer:	Total capacity to the top rim: 3 quartsTo the bottom edge of the pour spout opening inside the kettle is 5.25 cups.To the top of the pour spout opening inside the kettle is over 2 quarts.To safely boil water I would stay at no more than 2 quarts.I just put 2 quarts of room temperature water into this kettle and put it on my electric stove burner on one notch below high.It was whistling fine in about 4 minutes. No problem using 2 quarts of water in this kettle if you need larger amounts of boiling water for a recipe. Note: until the water level reaches about 1 qt. in the kettle there will be a "splash back" when pouring water. Be careful of this.Pour water then tip kettle upright slowly when done pouring to avoid larger splash backs and possible burns.

Answer:	All of the parts are plastic.
Question:	Are the holes supposed to have diffferent flows? 3 flow fast and the others are slow drips
Answer:	I believe that the flow should be similar for each hole. Check out the video on Amazon's page. It shows all holes with a similar flow. If your flow pattern is much different you may have a unit with a manufacturing defect.
Question:	How can i stop the plastic taste? i've washed it repeatedly. is it because of the plastic melting? i've only used stainless steel before now
Answer:	The question is "plastic taste" not "filter taste". Hot water should not be used on plastic or nylon products. Google it!
Question:	Some holes seem to be draining slower than others. Is this a problem

As the pressure in the tank decreases, certain holes stop flowing while others continue to drain.
