For the coarse setting the 14 tablespoon recipe works. If you are using pre-ground coffee which is usually made for drip coffee makers and is a finer grind, you'll want to use less than 14 tablespoons or cut back the time you cold brew the coffee. If I am using coarse grind I usually take the grounds out at 24-48hours, if it's fine ground coffee I don't leave it more than 24 hours otherwise it is entirely too potent. |
