Answer:	You can choose to use the filter however it works without itt, just a bit of coffee ground is found in the bottom

Answer:	was bought for my church and we only make coffee.
Question:	how long is the brewing cycle
Answer:	No it is not normal. Our church has several urns. 3 are 100 cup another is 55 (another brand) None of those drip from the top of the urn when brewing. It has nothing to do with the amount of water or the lid too tight. Actually the lid on the one we purchased was the same as to it's fit. Something is wrong with the construction of this brand and it's too bad. West Bend has always been so reliable in the past.

Answer:	We only used 8 to 10 oz cups but i think you could fit a 12 oz cup but any bigger and you would have to tilt

Answer:	Yes unless you have some type of pump so you can just siphon the water out.
Question:	Is there a beep when its finished brewing
Answer:	Betta fish are tropical fish so the water temperature needs to be at least 78° achieved only with a fishtank heater in winter. Also very cruel to place a fish in such a small tank. Try to give them at least 3 - 10 gallon tank so they can swim adequately. I've got live aquatic plants in my tank for the fish to play and sleep in.
Question:	Where is it made
Answer:	This is too small to humanely keep any fish including bettas and goldfish. Bettas need at least 5 gallons, and are tropical, so you need a heater and filter. In a one gallon non filtered container like this you would have to do daily water changes so it wasn’t living in its own waste. And unless you’re planning on cranking up the heat you probably don’t want to live in a 78 degree room. Goldfish get huge and need at least 20 gallons. A heater isn’t needed, but they are extremely dirty and need a strong filter.
