Answer:	No it is not normal. Our church has several urns. 3 are 100 cup another is 55 (another brand) None of those drip from the top of the urn when brewing. It has nothing to do with the amount of water or the lid too tight. Actually the lid on the one we purchased was the same as to it's fit. Something is wrong with the construction of this brand and it's too bad. West Bend has always been so reliable in the past.

Answer:	Hi Amanda, Well I've had more time with my KA grinder since I wrote that review. I'm still pleased with the way it operates but have come to realize that grinding times need to be longer than the directions call for. I, too favor a fine grind so have been holding the grinding to a count of twenty (one one thousand, two one thousand, etc.). Sometimes it helps to pause at ten and shake the grinder lightly to ensure a thorough grinding with no left over whole beans. Enjoy!

Answer:	Read the book that came with the grinder. It tells the exact amount. I grind 3-4 heaping tablespoons of coffee beans at a time for a 12-cup percolator coffee maker and it does a great job. It is so efficient and so easy to use. I like that the grind cup comes off to empty the ground coffee. I highly recommend this product. FYI, I am a 77 year old Granny and am very particular about my household products. I want them to work as stated and I need ease of use. This one rates high in all categories. I have recommended it to several people. I stand by my word too.

Question:	Can you use K-Cups for this and how
Answer:	As long as you can dump the contents of the K-cup into the little filter. Lots of people claim it is a waste, but we ended up with a case of k-cups that made a brew the wife loved...but they popped 75%+ of the time in the K-cup machine, after we had trouble with the previous case at about 50% pop rate. Now, they make great little sealed containers for use on trips and all you need is a thumbnail to peel off the foil top to get at the coffee.
Question:	What is the tallest mug you can put in there
Answer:	It comes with a 7" tall travel mug that keeps the coffee hot. I checked and that is the tallest - no extra room!

Answer:	You can use any tall coffee cup.

Answer:	Thinking of buying this or another 4 star brand - going with this one - description says use ground coffee or coffee pods (NOT K-CUPS). I have seen these coffee pods in stores, they look like tea bags without the string. The other 4 star brand does not say you can use the pods, but I don't see why not. Black & Decker is a more familiar name to me.

Answer:	We used them in our microwave mounted above the stove where the lights are under the microwave to light the stovetop area. They work great!

Answer:	All halogen bulbs run hot and can be a fire hazard. It is important that they are in a proper fixture and protected from combustibles. These bulbs seem to work fine In the fixture under my microwave over the range. We usually have the light on low level except while using the range.

Answer:	No idea. I usesd bulbs on my GE Profile combo microwave/range hood.

Answer:	The wattage is a little higher, however. I do not feel it is too hot. All halogen bulbs seem hot. Seems to be about the same brightness level.

Question:	Does it have hot water spout for tea or to make americano on occasion
Answer:	Yes it does. Right next to where it pours the shot, there is a spout for hot water. Just to note, the water that comes out of it is near-boiling. (~200° F). Perfect for Americanos or to get some hot water to clean an espresso cup or something. It will of course work for tea, but just keep in mind that you can't control the water temp. It comes out at the same temperature that it uses for pulling the espresso, which is near-boiling. If you are a tea connoisseur then you probably know that some tea like green tea should actually be steeped at lower temps like 170° or 180° to prevent burning. This water is around 200° which is good for herbal and black teas, but might burn more delicate teas like green and white teas. It works fast, essentially on demand (1-3 second warmup). But one of the many tea kettles that Breville makes would be better if you are making tea frequently. I have the Breville IQ Kettle next to this espresso machine and use the two interchangeably. Both this espresso machine and the IQ Kettle are amazing products made by Breville. The IQ Kettle will make water to the exact temp you set it to and hold it at that temp (between 130° and 220° F by 5° increments). Both appliances compliment a drink bar nicely.
Question:	Does this have a double boiler
Answer:	No. It's a single boiler. They advertise it as a "3 seconds start up with ThermoJet® heating system." which means the system heats the water pretty much on demand. Literally it goes from turning it on to espresso heat ready in a few seconds. And the same few seconds to make steam. It acts like a dual/double boiler.

Answer:	As with a manual toothbrush, when blue indicator bristles begin to fade, change head. Timing depends on how many times a day you use the brush. I change mine every couple of months I guess. Bottom line, they last as long as a manual toothbrush.

Answer:	These fit the entire lineup of Oral-B electric toothbrush models from the Vitality all the way to the Genius 8000.
Question:	Why does it have a California Prop 65 warning
Answer:	No. They are soft, but the criss-cross angled bristles make it feel stiff due to the oscillation of the head alternating the 2 outer rows of bristles between scrubbing and sweeping. While a row is scrubbing, that row of bristles feels very stiff. Since the oscillation is extremely fast, it feels like all of the bristles are extremely stiff. If you need or want a truly soft brush head, then get the Sensitive Gum Care brush head. I love the CrossAction and I prefer the CrossAction, but I also love the Sensitive Gum Care. It's a fantastic brush head and it feels amazing to use.
