Answer:	Not difficult. I brush out as much of the extra coffee grinds as I can and use a wet dish towel or paper towel to wipe out the canister. The lid can be washed easily in the sink. I would not recommend submerging the unit in water.

Instructions say to clean it out from time to time; you might try that - some grinds may have gotten caked and are blocking new grinds’ passage. However, mine did the same thing, and I never was able to get it to work, despite repeated cleanings. Better luck to you!

Answer:	The slots are 1.5" X 5.75". This is exactly why I bought this toaster. Every other toaster I've measured in stores have slots that are only 5.5" long and that's not long enough for the rye and whole grain bread that I buy. In my old toaster I would have to cut the toast in half and toast each half separately. This is the ONLY toaster I've found that my bread fits into without having to cut it or stuff it in. Love this toaster!

Answer:	The 2.0 Keurig is in lane of its own. The K-cup for the 2.0 must state so in the products detail.

Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean? If the gounds cup is in place properly, there should be no way for coffee to spill out. One warning though. If you use flavored beans, they have oils on them that cause the grounds shoot to clog up quickly. My husband did not realize the shoot was clogged and burned up my motor trying to grind through a clogged shoot.
Question:	I got a SoloGrind for Christmas and it works great. It did not have the K cup. How can I get it
Answer:	Mine came with the K-Cup. I have also used the generic ones you get in nearly any department store. Ross, Marshals, T.J. Maxx usually have a 6-pack of them in the checkout line...

Answer:	I just wanted to let everyone know that an email to Solofill was responded to promptly with the answer to my dilemma. It seems that the grinding assembly itself was in desperate need of a cleaning, and the instructions weren't on the sheet I got with the machine. I followed the instuctions and the grinder is working like a champ again! This is what they sent me;1. Unplug the grinder from the power outlet.2. Empty all the coffee bean from the hopper.3. Reach inside the hopper and turn the black knob CLOCKWISE until you hear a click sound to release this cover knob.4. Once the cover knob is removed, turn the grinder upside down to empty all the remaining coffee from inside. Use the provided brush to clean out the bean making sure nothing is stuck inside.5. Put the knob back by turning Counter Clock Wise to lock in place (make sure to hear a click at the end).
