Answer:	50 mg. I take one at night, you don't have a hangover the next day. Same as Unisom and much cheaper. Liq. gel caps. I highly recommend them.

Answer:	The drug factors mentions only Diphenhydramine Hcl, I don't see any other ingredient. Which is not true, there must be other non active ingredients like the external gel of the pills. In any case I sleep a lot better using those pills.

Answer:	Dyphenadramine sp? This particular sleep aid keeps me awake all night - the other common sleep aid has doxylamine succhinate (as used in Nyquil) and I find it much more effective. Nonetheless there are many folk who find exactly the opposite. I got confused when some advertising said this has the same ingredient as Sominex, because back when I purchased that, it was doxylamine succhinate. Instructions say to clean it out from time to time; you might try that - some grinds may have gotten caked and are blocking new grinds’ passage. However, mine did the same thing, and I never was able to get it to work, despite repeated cleanings. Better luck to you!

Answer:	Only happens if you don't cycle with clear water and no coffee a couple of times after the cleaning cycle.

Answer:	My particular coffee machine KRUPS KM9008 recommends mixing powder with 16 ounces of water,pouring into the water fill tank,and starting the machine. Be sure to remove filter first,if your machine has one! .Allow half of the liquid to run through,then switch off machine and let stand for 1 hour.then restart machine to complete the brewing cycle.Discard liquid and rinse machine by running it through 2 full cycles with water only.

Answer:	There are only two packages in this box and I ended up using half a package of the crystals at a time, getting four uses out of the box. I did purchase another item that comes in a three pack with four packets in each for a total of 12 uses by Urnex Dezcal for about the same price. Just received them and have not tried them, but the Krups worked very well and if these do not work as well, I will purchase the Krups again. I have fairly hard water and need to use the product more frequently than most do. There are no instructions with it, but another poster had suggested dissolving the crystals in half a pot of water, pour in coffee maker, let it begin to filter through, turn off the coffee maker and let it sit for about 20 minutes and then turn on again. That worked very well, and then run a couple of pots using just plain water to completely clean the unit before brewing a pot of coffee.

If your client decides to run it off a transformer you should note that there is a fairly high probability that the motor would burn out before its time and it will operate at a slower speed with less grinding force. Furthermore, if your client runs it on a converter (not an actual transformer), the same results as with a transformer, but also a higher risk of the converter would catch on fire. My recommendation it that you contact Waring, directly and see if they make a 220V/50Hz model.
