Question:	Is this wireless? I see some pictures with a cord and others without
Answer:	No it is not wireless. Has a long cord.
Question:	What is the hottest temperature in reality? Can someone tell me if it is still steaming hot
Answer:	I think the warming plate gets up to about 180F per the readout. Whatever the temperature actually is my tea stays very hot. Not hot enough to burn my lips or mouth, but hot enough to feel freshly made. If I leave it on the warming plate for a while when there is only about half and inch of beverage left it does get a little too hot to drink comfortably though, but that’s to be expected. I bet if I turned the temp down when I’m nearing the end of my tea it would be just fine.
Question:	Is the mug dishwasher safe

Question:	Will it work with a paper cup
Answer:	The weight of the cup and coffee in it depresses the hot plate and turns it on. So it would work until the coffee got low. Paper and a hot plate....?
Question:	It says not to use a heavy mug. What is considered too heavy
Answer:	It’s not so much the total weight, but the bottom thickness of the mug that affects the ability of the warmer to keep your mug contents warm.

Answer:	I don't think so. If you put you cup on it, it automatically turns it on. If your cup is not resting on it, it will shut off. For the price it works well, and the cup that come with it is actually really nice in person.

Answer:	Not that long. I needed to find an outlet that was close enough to my desk.

Answer:	I wouldn't suggest using a glass on the coffee mug warmer. It is designed for coffee mugs to take the heat. Glassware may not take the heat.

Answer:	I have coffee mugs from department stores and dollar stores and those work fine. I would read any instructions available. I love this product and bought my partner one as well.
Question:	What happens with heat pad since manual on/off is not equipped if i unknowingly put heavy docs on heating area overnight? is there any fire hazard
Answer:	As long as the heat pad is activated, yes there is a fire hazard. The only thing you should put on the heat pad is a coffee cup.

Question:	Can you safely make tea in the cup using boiling water without damaging the inside surface
Answer:	I'm guessing that you could make tea with boiling water since the coffee is too hot for me to drink right away. I do not know what the cup is made of but the outer coating seems to some sort of paint. I did ruin the inside of cup #1 (white) because I scrubbed too hard trying to get the coffee stain out. I'm being more careful with cup #2 (black). Tea will probably stain as does the coffee so hope you got black.
Question:	I bought the 14 oz. The diameter is too large for my arthritic hands. Is the 10 oz diameter appreciably less
Answer:	I have no Trouble handling the 10 oz. I'm age 90 and have an arthritic right thumb.

Answer:	Not sure if this is any help, based on the assumption that the original flakes, but I am going on my second year with this mug - daily use - since Christmas day 2018. My cup still looks like it did when it was given to me. I am a straight black coffee drinker. Only use the cup for coffee. Never any additives. And always make sure the bottom of the cup is completely dry before I put it back on charge.

Answer:	No,it does not include a mug
Question:	What is the temperature of the plate at its lowest setting? I'm worried about deforming a piece of cheap plastic
Answer:	The temperature is 104 degrees. I do not believe it deform your cup. If you place the cup in the dishwasher you will have no issues on this setting.
Question:	Any suggestions for footless mugs to use with this? i.e. no indent or ridge on the bottom
Answer:	I use the Vobaga warmer to maintain temperature of coffee in Corelle 11 oz. mugs which have an indent on the bottom. It does a great job.
Question:	Can this be used with plastic (Starbuck) cups
Answer:	NO!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! This can only be used with ceramic, metal, or other heat proof cups. There is a warning on the slip in the box that states this. It has 3 heat settings and even on the coolest (lukewarm at best), I wouldn't place a plastic cup of any kind on it. This is one of the best coffee warmers I've ever owned. I can even keep my soup hot on it on the highest setting.
