Answer:	I just measured one side of the donuts whole to other it about 3 inches. They are a perfect size. I use them all the time.

Answer:	Hi, Book Lover # 52. I made the doughnuts and they came out rounded. I think it's the baking powder or whatever rising ingredients are in your recipe. You don't need a second pan - just fill like a muffin pan. My recipe called for me to fill the holes 2/3 full. They came out really nice.

Answer:	You can make cake box donuts and they'll taste like donuts. One box cake mix and two cups applesauce stirred together creates easy baked donut batter. Lightly grease pan and preheat oven. Bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes or until donuts firmly spring back when pressed. Answer:	Sorry for the delay in answering your question. I bought a pair of 9" round Wilton Performance Pans in 2011 for my Aunt, who decorates cakes. These were tapered, which is not what she wanted. I looked around a little more and found 9" round Wilton Decorator Preferred pans that have straight walls. So you want the Decorator Preferred. What size do you need? It seems that Wilton has discontinued the 9" size.

Answer:	Yes it is! But I’ve found it easiest to simply wash in the sink. Because it’s silicone it will bend over in the dishwasher and will hold water. Which is not a problem really, but I just found it easier to do it in the sink, and I’ve done it both ways. It cleans up very easily because nothing sticks to it.

Answer:	Hi Joy, yes you can. It won't melt at all because our product resists heat up to 450 *F. Usually receipts for baked donuts requires heat of 350 - 425 * F. Good luck.

Answer:	Regular size -- like 3 inches across. Make sure you spray with cooking spray before adding your batter. I've only made one batch, but didn't spray the wells as I thought since it's silicone they will pop right out. Some donuts got stuck, so I will use cooking spray next time.

Answer:	I saw a review saying this did not pass the pinch test, so I tried it on mine. My pan passed the pinch/twist test. I pinched and twisted as hard as I could and there was no change in color.

Answer:	Regardless of the recipe, you need to add some nutmeg. I happen to freshly grind my nutmeg. There is something in the nutmeg that will lend almost any recipe to taste like a donut. I usually add a half of a teaspoon. Without nutmeg, you are right they taste like muffins or cake.
