Answer:	If your nonstick-coated pans are sticking, we recommend cleaning your pans thoroughly (with Barkeeper's Friend or a baking soda and vinegar paste) and using shortening, baking spray or butter to grease. Fats that are solid at room temperature are best; vegetable oil and nonstick spray tend to polymerize in high heat and cause a sticky residue buildup, which in turn causes cakes and batters to stick.

Answer:	I always use oil because it can still stick with some recipes. Plus I think it helps protect the pan and causes less scratches when cleaning with the spray oils. Also remember it’s a dark pan so lower temperature to prevent burning. I hope this is helpful. I love all my Wilton pans.

Answer:	The sleeves fit the records perfectly and slide into the covers with no problems. I am using the sleeves with all my vinyl single, double and triple albums with no problem. Remember, you will always have some people that find it hard to do the simple things.

Answer:	I know this is late to answer the question but if you still want to know there is this (on Amazon) New Star Foodservice 36657 Commercial Grade Silicone Baking Mat Non Stick Pan Liner, 14-Inch by 20-Inch, 2/3 Size, it's not perfect, but close.
Question:	Does these pans warp at high heat? i.e
Answer:	I've had my pans for about 2 1/2 years. I frequently use these pans in 450 degree ovens and they do not warp. These are not for dishwasher though. Hand wash and immediately dry. I'm on to purchase 2 more 1/2 sheets and a second Big Sheet.
