I have gone through many trials, tips from another company may have a different size. Answer:	I don't see why not but you won't be able to cut ravioli because the height is not high enough to give room to cut over filling. It's great for fondant and gum paste. Better off buying a pasta cutter and roller they are pretty cheap.

Answer:	I ship all across the USA. I have checked my settings and it shows I ship to Canada and the USA. No state or province is excluded. So I don't have any idea why it shows you that I don't ship to California.
