Answer:	If your nonstick-coated pans are sticking, we recommend cleaning your pans thoroughly (with Barkeeper's Friend or a baking soda and vinegar paste) and using shortening, baking spray or butter to grease. Fats that are solid at room temperature are best; vegetable oil and nonstick spray tend to polymerize in high heat and cause a sticky residue buildup, which in turn causes cakes and batters to stick.

Answer:	The bottom of the muffin pan cups are 3.5 inches. The bottom of paper baking cups was listed as 3 inches but they actually measured 2.25 bottom diameter x 3.8 sides (height). Bottom held but the tops flared wider causing a top heavy muffin that tipped over. Photo wise they look like the Wilton KING size baking cups that are described as 3 x 3 x 3 but sure do not look as described. I ended up going to craft store so I could actually see what I was needing. Hope this helps.

Question:	Is it a one-piece or does it have seams and crevices?? I have a tart-size pan that has 24 cups and it appears to be pressed out of one piece of material. It has no seams anywhere, it is just one smooth piece; id est, no crevices or seams
Answer:	I haven't found it to be an issue, but then again, none of my food has 'overflowed' to that point where it would get stuck in that seam.
Question:	Does anyone make hamburger buns with this? In your experience, does the pan work well for this
Answer:	I would not attempt it as I do believe it would be very difficult to lift the cheesecakes out without making a mess. There is a special pan for this purpose, where the bottom can be pushed up to remove the little cheesecakes in one solid piece.
Question:	Are the cavities in this pan big enough for making hamburger buns? What is the dimension of the cavities. Not worries about the depth just the width
Answer:	About four ounces.
Question:	Is this the same pan as the Wilton Whoopie Pie pan? They look the same
Answer:	No it does not rust like the atypical coated baking pans. I have had them for quite some time now, well over a year and have produced hundreds of cupcakes in them, and they still look new.

Question:	Can you use this to melt wax for candle making
Answer:	you absolutely CAN use this for candles - i have melted pounds of bees wax in mine and i have a separate one for white canning wax - they work wonderfully well - use the high heat setting to melt and the "warm" to keep it melted.
Question:	Will it melt real chocolate. Dipping chocholate? I assume so
Answer:	Hi Robin:There are two "on" settings, one is "melt" and the other is "warm", although they are not labeled (the furthest to the right is the higher of the settings). The chips actually melt faster than you think on "melt". The key is not letting it get too hot. When the chips start to look a little shiny on top, they are melted beneath that layer. A good thermometer will help you keep an eye on the temperature, which you really don't want much above 100. As soon as I'm sure it's about 75% melted, I take it off the heat, put the silicone container on the counter and stir it with a wooden spoon until the mixture is almost smooth, then add 1/4-1/3 more volume of chocolate as "seed" chocolate to help bring down the temp more quickly and shorten your hardening time. When your chocolate gets below 88 degrees on a reliable thermometer, and the chocolate is all a smooth consistency, you will be surprised at how quickly it cools to a hard and shiny coat on whatever you're applying it to.The last couple of times I did it (practice makes you very proficient), my results were absolutely perfect. No bloom, and hard shiny chocolate coating. I really recommend the long glass thermometer for monitoring your temperature. Good luck!
Question:	What are the two temperatures in Farenheit and are they consistent
Answer:	Using my chocolate thermometer, I can say about 142 on high and about 114 on warm. Very consistent. Actually the consistency in temperatures is better than I thought it would be.
Question:	Has anyone tried using this for melt & pour soap
Answer:	I have not made soap but I have made hard lotion bars. It easily melts bees wax, Shea butter, and coconut oil.
