When you get the moulds, please wash it and put the silicone molds in boiling water for 5 minutes to remove the smell of silicone itself (Only the first time)

When make the cake, please do not pure full cake slurry into the moulds, just make it 3/4 full. The cake will expand when making. If you need a more sturdy support when transfer or move, you can put it on a tray or another mould.

After baking, please remove the moulds out of the oven, and place in the baking rack until the moulds completely cooled. Please do not use cool water to clean immediately when it's just taken out of the oven. Just to extend the service life.

Answer:	I opened mine today, 11/29/20, and they have a strong chemical smell. It is still noticeable after washing. I’m letting them air out and hope it dissipates soon. It’s also the flimsiest silicone mold I own.

Answer:	The diameter is 2.5” so it’s a bit on the big side - might need a spoon as it’s a bit large for a single shot. I like to use the little toothbrush cups for jello shots for easy distribution, but they do feel a bit wasteful with the single use (maybe get the plastic ones and recycle?) Pro-tip: to maximize the vodka to water ratio, if you add extra unflavored gelatin to the mix, the end product will congeal much more easily. Have fun!
