Answer:	Yes, it does fit my Mercato Deluxe Biscuit Maker Cookie Press..it's a hair (1/32" or 1/64") soooo slightly larger so won't just drop in but a gentle wiggle and falls right in. Works great...I was nervous about buying it too to try but worth trying and glad to say we have holiday themed cookies from the the Mercato cookie press (which I highly love).

I had never heard of a Schule Press but when I googled it, it looks all metal with a screw on ring, similar to the press we sell. If the one you have does not fit this description, send me a message with a picture of the press you have. Although, I can't guarantee the fit simply because the Schule press isn't one we have tested, it is possible that our disks would work. Answer:	It's all about the mix you use. Too wet it sticks. My dry ingredients total 1110g to 45g wet. I use Avocado oil, distilled water, fragrance, and poly 80 for wet.

Center evenly from the barrel sides. Holding your press bottom-up, place the ring on, making sure the disk stays centered. If the ring won’t go on, remove more dough and press the disk in a little further until the ring fits. If you experience dough leakage from the disk edge during pressing, simply re-center the disk.
