Remove base cover by twisting and take the handle & steam nozzle out

Pull the upper body upwards and rotate it so the arrow is locked into position

Remove water tank cover, use base cover as water up and fill unit with water

Put steam nozzle on by locking it in place in clockwise motion

Answer:	I don't know what peler beads are, but when I opened this, I thought how it might be handy for fabric crafts. It is a small steam iron. Has good steam and will work on a vertical surface (i.e. curtains hanging on a rod). I think it would do the same jobs as a regular steam iron, but is just smaller and lighter. I like that if I pull something out of my closet and it needs pressing, I can lay it on the bed and it heats up really fast, so way better than my regular iron. My only problem is that when I set it on the wee stand, it wasn't stable, so you have to be careful about that so it doesn't drop and break.
