Answer:	Don't see manual----Everything Is automatic - after 15 min without use it shuts off auto--also, automatic clean -- This is the best iron ever---sharp point great for corners and just really like it--I just plug the iron in to turn on and unplug to turn off as I really like this---

Answer:	This is found on the bottom of the iron and you have to turn the dial to the desired setting: the fabric you are ironing.
