I do a lot of sewing and pressing and I like to have my iron ready when I am ready, but with this 8 minute shut off, the iron is always cool and never ready when it is needed. I can see installing a timer for 30min-1 hour, but 8 minutes? Seriously? As a professional, using I want an iron reqady when I am. Rowenta needs to scrap the shut off timer and install a timer that actually fits the needs of its customers. A Huge "NO" for this iron and all others that have such a short run time.

Although I believe the hanger could hold a heavy larger pot, I don't believe it would look nice. The plant would sit near the top of the hanger in a 10" deep pot.

Answer:	No, this iron does not have any problems like that.
Question:	Is the station sold separately
Answer:	Yes it's very hot, only when you apply 120 volts to it. However you can always adjust the temperature to whatever type of fabric you are working with. We have been using this iron for two years now (first one lasted about four years), 5 -6 days a week for about 8-12 hrs per day, and guess what. No problem thus far.
Question:	Does this steam iron fit the i600 model? In the description it only mentions the it fits the i700 and i702 models

Answer:	The ironing board measures 55 1/2" from floor to top of leg.

Answer:	Yes. But it is not loud. Just the typical sound of the metal clamp locking into place when fully opened. It does not squeak like other boards while opening.
Question:	i just got my new ironing board in and I can see how the whole top of the board is supposed to slide out but it is stuck, any suggestions
Answer:	Remove the net from the frame and then fold up legs. Twist tabs on frame to release then fold up. Fold hook upward and slip net over hook.
